I was commissioned to do a family egg group. Each child was discussed and the color chosen for them by the parents based on their personality. The only other requirement was for traditional designs on all the eggs. It was decided a goose egg should represent the parents as one.   This is called a saddle division while the childrens eggs were done with a band around the long axis.           The family were so pleased they arranged for a family lesson. Brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and parents came. A wonderful time was had by all and every egg was finished and varnished. Here are the photos taken at the event. My husband is in the red shirt; he helps me with any and all events-I couldn't do it without him. All eggs are beautiful after varnishing.
